Be careful after a C-section that you don't move too quickly into core work, but these workouts will help your over all body so you can be a strong momma to take care of that baby!
No equipment needed.
Muscles targeted: Cardio heavy. Shoulders, core and biceps.
Workout format: 30 different exercises. 60 seconds each. First 30 seconds mark it, last 30 seconds do the move full out.
Equipment needed: various weights (depending on fitness level) and yoga mat.
Muscles targeted: full body workout.
Workout format: 6 blocks of work. The first 3 exercises will be boxing, the last will be weights. You will never repeat an exercise.
