Sculpt. Mold. Feel the Burn. Barre is a combination of ballet and resistance training. The small consistent movements and overall body sculpting will change the look and definition of your body for sure. You'll need a pilates ball, resistance band and small hand weights.

  • June Barre & Bench 1

    Equipment needed: light weights, resistance bands, bench top (optional), pilates ball and yoga mat.
    Muscles targeted: Full body workout. Arms, chest, shoulders, legs, glutes and abs.
    Workout format: 45 seconds of 3 exercises and repeat those before you move on to the 2nd and 3rd set.
